His practice encompasses a  broad range of corporate and commercial disputes, adopting a strategic and cross-disciplinary approach combining civil law, commercial law, corporate law and white-collar crime.

He has particular expertise in shareholder and corporate disputes, including post-acquisition and disposal disputes, and directors’ liability claims. He has also developed a recognised practice in real estate and construction litigation.

He regularly handles commercial disputes involving, in particular, unfair competition, the abrupt termination of established commercial relationships, commercial leases and debt recovery.

His expertise lies both in devising strategies for resolving complex disputes and in his in-depth command of civil, commercial and criminal procedural tools, which he deploys tactically and selectively.

Martin also acts in international commercial arbitration proceedings, including under the ICC Rules.

He advises clients across a wide range of sectors, including construction, real estate, agri-food, food services, shopping centres, serviced residences, fashion and luxury.
