Mohamed Benkhalifa provides assistance to companies as well as Public organizations to implement strategies of change management, performance and talent management in their approach to obtain certifications related to sustainable development such as ISO’s management system standards (for example ISO 9001 or ISO 14000) or UN Global Compact etc. in order to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Author of several published works on International Law and sustainable development (notably “ Le Développement Durable face au nouveau désordre mondial : Réflexions autour de pratiques et enjeux de la diplomatie environnementale »), he gained a strong expertise in this field which is internationally recognized and lead him to the UN where he contributed to the Program MDG “Millennium Development Goals”.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2011 and the Quebec Bar since 2014, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Economical Sciences of the University of Perpignan where he earned a doctorate in Political Sciences and a Master in Public Law as well as a Master in Communication.
In Quebec, Mohamed Benkhalifa is the founding President of the Benkhalifa Cabinet MBC Inc. law firm. The firm is a leader in the fields of corporate social responsibility (CSR – Sustainable Development), business law, mediation in civil, commercial and labor law, immigration law and international mobility.
