Paola Garnier specializes in corporate law, contracts and intellectual property.
She is also the co-author of “Investments in France: A Practical View”, published in 1994 by the French Chamber of Commerce in Milan and Investments in Italiy, published by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in France (1991). She also contributed to the book “l’Artisan en Europe” published in 1994 by the Chamber of Commerce of Padoua, Italy.
Member of the Bars of Milan and Paris, she holds a Doctorate in Law (Summa cum laude) from the University of Milan (1985). Her doctoral thesis is entitled “The Recovery of Damages in Patent Infringement Cases”. She studied in London, at City of London Polytechnic, during summer 1985 and 1989, and in New York, at Columbia University, during the year 1990-1991.
