Article 3 – Personal data collecter
Miguérès Moulin collects several categories of personal data:
- the user’s email address, and any other personal data voluntarily provided by the user to identify themselves in an email sent to Miguérès Moulin (such as identity details or contact information). This data is collected via the Website through a “mailto” link allowing users to send emails to Miguérès Moulin or its members; and
- the IP address used by the user to access the Website. This data is collected automatically.
Article 4 – Purposes and legal bases for data processing
Personal data is collected fairly and transparently; no data is collected without the knowledge of the individuals concerned.
