The Firm
By your side for over 15 years
Founded in 2010 by Luc Miguérès and Emmanuel Moulin, our firm was built on a clear conviction: legal advice should be a tool for the success of businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals.
We have developed a bespoke and exacting approach to advisory work. Time is taken to understand each client’s environment, to anticipate their challenges and to build relationships founded on trust.
For more than 15 years, we have been supporting French and international companies of all sizes, in their daily operations as well as at decisive moments.
What Guides Us, Every Day
Approaching law with crafstmanship
A craftsperson refines their expertise over time, mastering each gesture through repetition and precision. They read the materials, anticipate how they will react, and work with consistency, discipline and intention.
Never slipping into routine, they are able to act quickly when something shifts, when the unexpected arises or when time is short. They listen, adjust and correct, without compromising on quality.
This is the spirit in which we practise law.
A strategic outlook
We advance with a clear understanding of power dynamics, the balance to be achieved and the scenarios to prepare. We think in terms of trajectories, structuring each stage, mobilising the right expertise.
This approach rests on five principles:
- Excellence, grounded in hard work, technical mastery and high standards.
- Commitment, shared by every member of our team, regardless of seniority.
- Responsiveness, serving the right timing, not haste.
- Independence, as a foundation for trust and responsibility.
- Ethics, reflecting a belief in a responsible, forward-looking practice of law.
Supporting What We Believe In
Each member of the firm aims to play a meaningful role in advancing the ambitions of the clients they support. Our team champions values that shape the long-term future of our clients, our teams and our wider environment.
UN Global Compact
We chose to take action as early as 2012 by joining the United Nations Global Compact, an initiative launched by the United Nations in 1999. This reflects our firm’s voluntary commitment to the core principles of sustainable development.
Our commitment to the Global Compact is also reflected in practical action, structured around three core pillars.
Understand
We organise an annual CSR training programme for our team members.
Prioritise
We hold an annual seminar dedicated to the firm’s sustainability orientation, the selection of Sustainable Development Goals, and the projects to be implemented.
Progress
This last step involves monitoring and evaluating the actions undertaken to support continuous improvement.
Pro Bono Work and Committed Philanthropy
We also support innovative non-profit organisations whose values and vision resonate with our own. Our support takes the form of legal and management assistance, enabling these organisations to build expertise and operate with greater independence.
Guided by an entrepreneurial mindset, we created Le ClHub by MMLAW, a pro bono programme supporting impact-driven projects, change-makers and businesses engaged in ecological transition.
CSR ‘Global Advanced’ certification
We assist companies in structuring and gaining recognition for their CSR commitments, through a dedicated certification offering.
