MMlaw is pleased to announce that Anas Benlarbi has joined its Corporate / M&A – Tax – Private Equity / Finance team as an associate.

Anas advises companies, managers, and investment funds on M&A transactions, joint ventures, venture and growth capital, and leveraged buyouts (LBOs).

Prior to joining MMlaw, he worked at leading French and international law firms, where he gained solid experience in complex transactional matters.

A member of the Paris Bar, Anas holds the CAPA and graduated from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s degree in Business Law and postgraduate diploma in Distressed Companies). He is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.

His arrival reflects the firm’s continued growth and the strengthening of its Corporate / M&A – Private Equity practice.
