In this context, he has developed particular expertise acting for international professional athletes, agents, artists, designers and figures from the entertainment industry.<\/p><p>Emmanuel acts in the resolution of domestic and international disputes. He advises on strategy and represents clients before French and foreign courts. He is regularly instructed in high-stakes, complex disputes involving multiple parties, jurisdictions or international interests.<\/p><p>His arbitration practice covers both commercial and investment arbitration. He has acted in proceedings conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).<\/p><p>While he works across a broad range of industries, he has notable experience in structuring transactions and managing strategic disputes for leading French and international players in the food service, furniture and luxury sectors, as well as real estate development and construction, involving governance, shareholding and contractual performance issues.<\/p><p>Emmanuel plays a central role in the firm\u2019s strategy on ecological transition and sustainable development.
