She also advises on stock-market and capital-markets issues relating to governance, capital structure and investor exits.<\/p>\n<p>Her practice has a strong international dimension. She assists clients with cross-border M&amp;A, market entry, joint ventures and international partnerships, as well as group restructurings with an international footprint.<\/p>\n<p>Karine is involved at every stage of the value chain: structuring, negotiation, legal risk management, governance and exit. She also works closely with management teams, particularly on the design and negotiation of management packages and in their discussions with investment funds.<\/p>\n<p>She frequently acts in high-pressure situations, in pre- and post-litigation contexts or in the event of shareholder disputes.
