{"id":3751,"date":"2026-04-09T10:30:46","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mmlaw.fr\/?p=3751"},"modified":"2026-04-09T10:41:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:41:58","slug":"mmlaw-launches-its-new-identity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mmlaw.fr\/en\/mmlaw-launches-its-new-identity\/","title":{"rendered":"MMlaw launches its new identity"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>We are pleased to unveil our new identity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A new logo \u2013<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>MMlaw<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 marking a new chapter for the firm, while maintaining a strong attachment to our original name \u2013 Migu\u00e9r\u00e8s Moulin \u2013 derived from the names of our founding partners <a href=\"https:\/\/mmlaw.fr\/en\/our-team\/luc-migueres\/\"><b>Luc <\/b><b>Migu\u00e9r\u00e8s<\/b><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/mmlaw.fr\/en\/our-team\/emmanuel-moulin\/\"><b>Emmanuel Moulin<\/b><\/a>.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>This new name reflects a usage that has naturally established itself over time, as well as a broader vision of the firm, now driven by a committed team working alongside its founders. Since 2010, the firm has experienced continuous growth and now brings together 8 partners and around 20 lawyers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A new signature \u2013<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>CRAFTED<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 expressing our approach to the practice of law. A bespoke practice, where each strategy is designed, structured and refined with precision, high standards and pragmatism.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>This new identity reflects a realignment: that of a business law firm built and led by entrepreneurial lawyers, working alongside companies and their leadership, in France and internationally.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>More than ever, our footprint is international: transactions, investments and cross-border disputes, in close coordination with the firms of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ablglobal.net\"><b>Alliance of Business Lawyers <\/b><\/a>(<b>ABL<\/b>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>A member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/unglobalcompact.org\"><strong>United Nations Global Compact<\/strong><\/a> since 2012, we remain committed to sustainability, professional ethics and positive impact.
