{"id":3801,"date":"2026-04-13T13:16:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T11:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mmlaw.fr\/?p=3801"},"modified":"2026-04-13T13:42:26","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T11:42:26","slug":"mmlaw-is-recruiting-a-trained-in-employment-law","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mmlaw.fr\/en\/mmlaw-is-recruiting-a-trained-in-employment-law\/","title":{"rendered":"MMlaw is recruiting a trainee in Employment law"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Employment team is recruiting a trainee to join the firm for a six-month placement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are a full service law firm specializing in labour law, commercial litigation, and corporate law, all united by a shared goal: to provide strategic support to our clients, including large corporations, SMEs, and startups, both in France and abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Your areas of work will include<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Negotiation, drafting, amendment and performance of employment contracts<\/li>\n<li>Day-to-day HR management<\/li>\n<li>Executive status and remuneration<\/li>\n<li>Individual dismissals and settlement agreements<\/li>\n<li>Employment aspects of M&amp;A and Private Equity transactions<\/li>\n<li>Restructurings, preparation of redundancy plans and collective redundancies<\/li>\n<li>Collective bargaining<\/li>\n<li>Workplace accidents and occupational diseases<\/li>\n<li>Discrimination and harassment matters<\/li>\n<li>International mobility<\/li>\n<li>Criminal employment law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within a close-knit team, you will be trained by the two partners leading the practice and will be fully involved in the firm\u2019s matters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Legal research<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the drafting of legal opinions<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the drafting of all types of documents, including court submissions<\/li>\n<li>Participating in due diligence exercises<\/li>\n<li>Preparing for and attending client meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You hold a postgraduate degree (Master\u2019s level) in employment law, and\/or hold the CRFPA and are looking for a final internship. You have already completed an internship in this area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are autonomous and rigorous.
