MMlaw advised Indigo Capital on its minority investment in the Heytens Group, the European leader in bespoke window furnishings.

Founded in Belgium 50 years ago, Heytens now operates a network of more than 100 showrooms across Belgium, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg. With the support of its new investor, the group aims to double its network within three years and to further strengthen its environmental impact.

This strategic transaction illustrates Heytens’ growth momentum and confirms Indigo Capital’s confidence in the robustness of its business model and franchise platform.
