He advises French and international companies on the protection, structuring, exploitation and defence of their intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, designs, domain names and related rights. He also has rare expertise in customs litigation, particularly in border-detention proceedings, destruction of counterfeit goods and customs-valuation disputes, often arising in the context of international trade.

In litigation, he represents clients in commercial and intellectual property disputes before civil, commercial and criminal courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. He acts both for claimants and respondents, including in multi-jurisdictional proceedings. He provides strategic management of disputes from amicable resolution through to enforcement.

He also advises private clients in international succession disputes.
