Anas Benlarbi is a mid-level associate in the Corporate / M&A – Tax – Private Equity / Finance team at Miguérès Moulin.
He advises companies, managers, and investment funds on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture/growth capital, and leveraged buyouts (LBOs).
