MMlaw is pleased to announce that Anas Jérémie Cahn has joined its Corporate / M&A – Tax – Private Equity / Finance team.

A holder of the CAPA and currently awaiting admission to the Paris Bar, Jérémie advises companies, managers and investment funds on M&A transactions, joint ventures, venture and growth capital transactions, and LBOs.

Before joining MMlaw, Jérémie had completed his final internship with the firm and gained experience with several public institutions and law firms in France.

Jérémie is a graduate of ESSEC Business School (Advanced Master’s in International Business Law and Management), and of the University of Strasbourg (Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law and Master 1 in Business Law).

He works in both French and English.
