Her practice also spans commercial litigation, international arbitration and high-value commercial real estate transactions, both in France and internationally.

With a particular focus on Europe-Asia business relations, Nga advises European groups on their expansion into Asian markets, and assists Asian conglomerates in establishing and developing their operations in France and across Europe. She also acts for foreign public bodies on a range of legal matters.

Nga has built a strong international practice throughout her career. She previously headed the Hanoi branch of Parisian law firm Ngo, Miguérès & Associés, having developed substantial litigation experience at leading Parisian law firms authorised to appear before France’s highest courts, the Cour de cassation and the Conseil d’État.

Alongside her legal practice, Nga lectures in law at University Paris-Saclay, INALCO (Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales) and CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers). She is also a regular speaker at international legal and economic conferences and seminars hosted by diplomatic missions and international business organisations.
