The firm advised FINARE Group on the acquisition of Handicall, a leading inclusive customer-relations operator, the first outsourcing provider certified as an entreprise adaptée, and one of the main call-centre operators operating exclusively in France.

Built on a model combining operational excellence, social commitment and strong local roots, Handicall employs more than 400 people in France, 65% of whom are persons with disabilities.

This transaction marks a new stage in the development of this pioneering company, positioning it within an ambitious growth strategy led by FINARE Group.
