With more than 28 years’ experience as a legal professional, Lionel Turpin is an expert in corporate law.
He manages all legal matters relating to the corporate life of companies and groups and assists them in their structuring and restructuring operations, including mergers, demergers, partial asset transfers, capital increases or reductions, and intragroup agreements.
Lionel ensures the legal security of the acts and decisions of clients’ corporate bodies and oversees compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
