Biography

For nearly 40 years, Luc Miguérès has advised French and international employers on all aspects of employment law. He assists clients with both individual and collective employment matters and has recognised expertise in structuring social dialogue, collective bargaining and managing relations with employee representative bodies.

Luc has extensive experience in social compliance, advising companies with more than 500 employees and international groups with subsidiaries in France. He provides strategic guidance in restructuring, organisational transformation and high-stakes negotiations.

His practice has a strong international dimension. He regularly acts in cross-border contexts, particularly in employment matters involving stakeholders based in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. He has, in this regard, developed an in-depth understanding of issues relating to the coordination of HR policies at European level.

Luc works closely with clients across a variety of sectors, including retail, security services, industry and audiovisual production.

He also maintains a practice in film and audiovisual law, particularly in relation to the financing, production and distribution of French and foreign audiovisual works.
