He has particular expertise in corporate litigation, including post-acquisition and disposal disputes, and director liability. He has also developed a recognised practice in real estate and construction disputes.

He is experienced in commercial disputes involving unfair competition, abrupt termination of established commercial relationships, commercial leases and debt recovery.

His work combines the design of dispute- esolution strategies with a detailed command of civil, commercial and criminal procedural tools, which he deploys tactically and with precision.

Martin also acts in international commercial arbitration, including proceedings conducted under the ICC Rules.
