Valérie Bensoussan, Partner in Corporate – M&A – Private Equity / Finance, has been recognised in the Green Ambassadors Europe 2025 ranking published by Legal 500.
This ranking highlights lawyers whose work actively contributes to decarbonisation and the ecological transition, and who demonstrate long-term commitment within their firms and professional ecosystems.
Valérie stands out for her concrete actions:
- She advises innovative projects such as those led byEnergy Observer, a pioneer in the energy transition.
- As a“Change Leader Champion” of the United Nations Global Compact, she designs and leads the firm’s internal ecological-transition strategy, alongside Emmanuel Moulin and Mohamed Benkhalifa.
She is also actively involved externally through training programmes, speaking engagements, pro bono initiatives and the facilitation of the Cl’Hub by MMlaw, which has supported innovative projects since 2016.
