- Advising Energy Observer SAS on two new industrial and innovative technological projects:the EO2 project, the first zero-emission liquefied-hydrogen feeder container ship designed to contribute to the decarbonisation of heavy maritime transport; and the EO3 project, a unique research vessel conceived to embody the maritime energy transition and to lead the major international expedition “In Search of Carbon Neutrality” (2025–2033). The mandate included structuring capex financing (€107M and €14M in equity and tax-lease financing), value-sharing mechanisms, drafting and negotiating the various agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and coordinating all legal, tax, employment, IP and financial teams involved.
- Advising the industrial subsidiary of the Energy Observer group on the launch of industrial sites in the Paris region dedicated to the production of hydrogen-powered electric generators.
- Advising Energy Observer group companies on the implementation of management packages for key executives.
- Advising Eneralys on the legal aspects of deploying a national network for decentralized green hydrogen production.
- Advising Eneralys on the legal aspects of developing the first renewable-hydrogen production site in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
- Advising an airport-services operator in connection with a strategic capital increase enabling the entry of several investment funds affiliated with a major French banking group, to support its international expansion and energy-transition initiatives.
- Advising the founder of an energy-transition company on the purchase of his co-founder’s shares, in the context of a capital restructuring designed to support a scale-up. We acted in the entire process, including negotiation of the economic and legal terms of the exit.

- Advising Extra Student on the acquisition of MyOrientation, a leading digital media platform for academic and career guidance.
- Advising G3S Alyzia on the minority investment made by IDIA and other satellite funds of Crédit Agricole.
- Advising a company specialising in energy efficiency on several strategic transactions, including a minority investment by an international fund, the launch of a load-shedding offering with a leading French energy-market operator, and an external-growth project involving a competitor.
- Advising a family office on its investment and divestment transactions in the IT sector, including the disposal of a stake to a listed company, several industrial minority investments, and the negotiation of an optimised exit from one of its investments. Comprehensive support provided to the executive team on M&A, corporate matters and governance.
- Advising an investment fund on the disposal of 100% of the share capital of two companies specialising in hybrid-cloud managed services and cybersecurity, to a buyout holding company, with reinvestment by the founders and investment by the management teams.

- Advising FINARE Group on the acquisition of Handicall, a leading inclusive customer-relations operator, the first outsourcing provider certified as an entreprise adaptée, and one of the main call-centre operators exclusively based in France.
- Advising the TALEK group on the sale of its 50% stake in its Washington DC industrial site (Bakery de France), dedicated to the production and distribution of bakery products for the US market, to a major Europe-based industrial manufacturer.
