Biography

She assists general management, HR and legal departments with individual and collective employment matters, covering a wide spectrum of issues: employment contracts, executive status, international mobility, restructurings, redundancies and negotiated dismissals, social dialogue, professional elections, collective bargaining, as well as the implementation of internal policies and whistleblowing procedures.

Her practice is cross-disciplinary and strategic, encompassing compliance reviews, social risk mapping and operational support in organisational change.
